The key product in a multiple-property configuration is the FOCUS 3000/6000 software. Besides full accounting and reporting capabilities for each property in the configuration, the comprehensive consolidation and analysis reporting feature allows corporate managers to analyze all of the properties in their portfolio in a variety of ways.
FOCUS Remote software limits each property within your portfolio to inputting daily business and vendor invoices. Data is then transmitted to the corporate location and information is sent back to these properties from corporate on a "need to know" basis.
The FOCUS 2000/4000 products also have the flexibility to be used in a multiple-property configuration. They allow the property to operate with full accounting and reporting capabilities and transmit data to corporate for analysis.
